Since the introduction of American pale ales, there have been many advances in hop varieties or styles, dry-hopping techniques, and yeast interactions that ascend or take hoppy beers to a new level. The classic American Pale Ale is worthy of a reboot, and we know you’ll enjoy this precision-crafted Symbol upgrade.

PRE-PROHIBITION STYLE COLD IPA
Embrace a bygone era with Speakeasy, a Pre-Prohibition Style Cold IPA. This is a cold-hopped, light-bodied American tradition with a retro twist. A European pilsner malt base with a touch of flaked rice to keep it light on the palate. We Then add a generous amount of all-American dry hops that produce a clean, hoppy finish. This innovative beer channels the spirit of hidden saloons, offering a taste of history with a modern twist.

There’s a Right Time for everything, and for a taste of pure Bavarian refreshment, this Helles hits the spot.
For this very special release, we’ve collaborated with one of the top yeast labs in craft beer, the Brewing Science Institute. The folks at BSI are masters of microbiology, and they maintain an impressive array of yeast strains for a multitude of beer styles. For this Helles, we selected their perfectly suited Bavarian Helles (BSI-970) strain for a stylistically authentic experience.
